Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed in Blocks V and IX, Maungaharuru Survey District, and Blocks VIII and XII, Pohue Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 12th day of November 1980, published in Gazette, 20 November 1980, No. 136, at page 3639, proclaiming road closed in Blocks V and IX, Maungaharuru Survey District, and Blocks VIII and XII, Pohue Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, by omitting the words “lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne”, and substituting the words “lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier”.

Land Proclaimed as Road in the Borough of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Taupo Borough Council.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, from and after the 12th day of March 1981.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block X, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council; and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 832 recorded in register book No. 42C/749, North Auckland Land Registry, and also proclaims that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
