OF REDWOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED, a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at 64 Waikawa Bay Road,
Picton:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
17th day of February 1981, presented to the said company by
THE PICTON BOROUGH COUNCIL, a body corporate pursuant
to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, having
its office at High Street, Picton; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Blenheim,
on the 8th day of May 1981, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on
the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT 1965
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)

NOTICE is hereby given that Canterbury Terminating Building
Society and the society first named in this paragraph has
applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the
transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the
holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the
said Society has not been obtained in the manner required
by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on the 30th

terbury Terminating Building Society and Bank of Deposit,
and that the society first named in this paragraph has applied
to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer,
notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of
two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society
has not been obtained in manner required by the Building
Societies Act 1965.

whole number of shares in the said society has not been
obtained in the manner required by the Building Societies Act
1965.
