The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
I, Robin Paul Taylor, Senior Executive Officer (Harbours and Foreshores), pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Marlborough Harbour Board Bylaw Amendment No. 8, passed and adopted at a meeting of the Marlborough Harbour Board held on 25 November 1980.

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of subclause (5) of regulation 73 of the said regulations, safety glass of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
POLISHED wired glass which allows a clear vision through the glass, for use in windows in the rear wall of the cabs of heavy goods service vehicles.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wairarapa Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wairarapa Licensing Committee, on 23 January 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Eketahuna Club (Inc.).
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
