Notice of Rate of Levy on Producers of Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Area (Notice No. 2554, Ag. 12/3/17)

PURSUANT to regulation 24 of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes the following levy rates on producers.

  1. A flat levy of $60 per producer, due and payable at the office of the Secretary of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, at 37A Thames Street, Oamaru, on the 2nd day of March 1981, provided

  2. that the levy is reduced to $50 per producer if paid on or before the 10th day of March 1981.

National Development Act 1979.

NOTICE

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that on 25 February 1981, in accordance with the National Development Act 1979, I referred the application made by New Zealand Synthetic Fuels Corporation Limited to construct:

(a) two methanol plants;
(b) a methanol to petroleum plant;
(c) a cooling tower;
(d) plant utilities; including three flare stacks and associated work;
(e) storage tanks and pipelines;
(f) water and wastewater treatment facilities and other drainage and sewerage works, both temporary and permanent;
(g) an electrical substation with associated transmission lines;
(h) general storage, maintenance, administration, and amenity facilities; and
(i) roading (both within the site and to provide access from existing roads to the site), fencing, landscaping, and ancillary site works

to the Planning Tribunal for an inquiry, report and recommendation on consents sought under the following Acts;

  1. Clean Air Act 1972.
  2. Town and County Planning Act 1977.
  3. Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967.
  4. The Historic Places Act 1968.

Copies of the application are available from the Tribunals Division Offices, Department of Justice at Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, and offices of the High Court at New Plymouth and Dunedin.

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Apparel Industry Training Board Notice 1974, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Apparel Industry Training Board Notice 1974* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. Clause 2 (1) of the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting:

(a) Three members appointed by the Clothing and Footwear Institute (Clothing Section);

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata City-Lincoln/Te Atatu Wards) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Waitemata City-Lincoln/Te Atatu Wards) Notice No. 1, 1980 dated the 29th day of May 1980† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
