Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of a Reserve

reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares that

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks II and VI, Waiho Survey District, Westland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the
Crown by the Westland County Council, pursuant to the
said Section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said
land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948.
