NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 10th day of December 1981, presented to the said Court by WINDSOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 10th day of February 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or to oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Upon reading the notice of motion confirming reduction of share capital and the affidavit of GRAHAM DOUGLAS ROBSON, filed in support and it appearing that the above-named company as authorised by its articles has passed a special resolution for reducing its share capital, this court hereby orders that the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from two hundred and forty thousand dollars ($240,000) divided into two hundred and forty thousand (240,000) shares of one dollar ($1.00) each to eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) divided into eighty thousand (80,000) shares of one dollar ($1.00) each to be confirmed and further that such reduction be advertised once in New Zealand Gazette.
