Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from the Te Kuiti Blockvalve on the Oaonui-Huntly pipeline to a new pressure regulating and metering station at the Waitomo Milk Treatment Station on State Highway 3, north of Te Kuiti.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PIPELINE AUTHORISATION

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., through its agents, Messrs Thomson and Farrer, has applied to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas from Tawhare Pa to Matangi. The route has been staked throughout its entire length and all property owners affected by the route have been notified.

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 11 December 1981 at Invercargill was 255.75 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis), the specified percentage for supplementation will be 25.10 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 11th day of December 1981 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
