Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 5th day of December 1981, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company namely:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That the official assignee be appointed as provisional liquidator of the company pursuant to section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955.

3. That Keith Raymond Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland be nominated as liquidator.

Notice is also given that on the 10th day of December 1981, the Official Assignee appointed Keith Raymond Smith, chartered accountant, care of Kirk Barclay and Co., Twelfth Floor Downtown House, Queen Street, Auckland, to be provisional liquidator of the above-named company in place of the official assignee.
