PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and that when so closed it shall vest in the Waimea County Council and also hereby proclaims that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of said section 29 and that when so taken it shall vest in the Waimea County Council.
