NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 30th day of November 1981, presented to the said Court by Alexander Edwin Lapwood, Pukekawa, horticulturalist; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 3rd day of February 1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditors or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 3 December 1981 at Christchurch was 256.84 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 24.6 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 3rd day of December 1981 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage or supplementation will be 25.10 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 4th day of December 1981 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

PURSUANT to section 44B of the above Act, an order for confiscation of a motor vehicle was made in the District Court at New Plymouth on 23 November 1981, in respect of a 1962 Volkswagen motor car, registration No. DO 4054.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
WHAKATANE DISTRICT COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Galatea District taken on Saturday, 21 November, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $188,000 to be known as Galatea Sealing Loan 1981 for the purpose of road sealing in the Galatea area.
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 68
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 39
The number of informal votes was Nil
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey liquified petroleum gas (LPG) by pipeline from the oil wharf, Lyttelton to Chapmans Road, Woolston passing over the Port Hills. A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Lyttelton Borough Council and the Heathcote County Council.
