Transfer of Unformed Road in Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District—Ohinemuri County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Ohinemuri County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 20 November 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Panmure Tavern, Panmure.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday and Tuesday (not being Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day)—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1981, No. 29.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
