Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (esplanade), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Bay of Islands County Council and Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting of control of the Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Mahurangi Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mahurangi Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
