Declaring an Area of Wainui Inlet, Golden Bay, Not Available for Marine Farming Leases or Licences (Notice No. 2726, Ag. 9/5/G)
PURSUANT to section 4 (2) of the Marine Farming Act 1971, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries has determined that all that area situated in the Wainui Inlet, Golden Bay as shown on plans No. MAF 150 and MAF 150A and cross-hatched in red, lodged in the office of the Director, Fisheries Management Division, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, at Wellington, shall not be available for leasing or licensing under the Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1980, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Christchurch City Council Electric Lines Licence 1980 by adding to the Schedule thereto the following:
“15. Cables for the transmission of electricity commencing from Addington Substation and proceeding across Princess Street and in a northerly direction to and across Blenheim Road and thence along the north side of Blenheim Road in a north-easterly direction to and across Clarence Street, Picton Avenue, Mandeville Street and the Main North Railway, and thence along the east side of that railway in a north-westerly direction to the north side of Mayfair Street, and thence along the north side of that street in a north-easterly direction to a point on the boundary of the Christchurch City Council area of supply described in paragraph (1) hereof, the said cables being more particularly shown by means of a broken blue line on the plan marked NZE 1015 deposited as aforesaid.”

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Wellington Diocesan School for Girls (Nga Tawa), Marton Board of Governors Notice 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 2 February 1982. - The Board of Governors of the Wellington Diocesan School for Girls (Nga Tawa), Marton, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district of Wellington;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

Hawke’s Bay Community College Notice 1977, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Hawke’s Bay Community College Notice 1977, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hawke’s Bay Community College Notice 1977* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on its date of publication in the Gazette. - Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (k) and substituting:
“(k) One member who shall represent the staff of the Hawke’s Bay Community College, and who shall be elected by the full-time teachers and the full-time ancillary staff employed by the Council, and who shall be a full-time teacher employed by the Council”.
