PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes, from and after the 10th day of December 1981.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 29th day of July 1981, and published in Gazette, 6 August 1981, No. 94 at page 2173; declaring land taken for a secondary school in the City of Nelson, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 10th day of December 1981.
