LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the
above-named company will be held at the Sixth Floor, Shell
House, The Terrace, Wellington, on Monday, 21 December
1981, at 9.15 a.m.

Business:

  1. To have laid before the meeting the liquidator's account
    showing how the winding up has been conducted and the
    property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive
    any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

  2. To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution
    as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator be disposed of by delivery of the same to the
Secretary of Shell (Petroleum Mining) Co. Ltd., Wellington,
with a request that they be held in safe custody
for such time as they must by law be preserved and
that they then be destroyed.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the
undersigned at the registered office of the company not later
than 4 p.m. on the 18th day of November 1981.
