NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 17th day of November 1981, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $4,060,000 to $1,560,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 24th day of November 1981.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of Codelfa-Cogefar (N.Z.) Ltd., is one million five hundred and sixty thousand dollars ($1,560,000) divided into one million five hundred and sixty thousand (1,560,000) fully paid shares of one dollar ($1.00) each having been reduced from four million and sixty thousand dollars ($4,060,000) divided into four million and sixty thousand (4,060,000) shares of one dollar ($1.00) each, fully paid.
