CNG High Pressure Piping

Description

MOT Reference AF C06 001 Steel piping with a maximum outside diameter of 8 mm, a working pressure rating of at least 27.5 MPa and a minimum burst pressure of 70 MPa, manufactured to either Australian Standard AS 1835 or Australian Standard AS 1836.

AF C06 002 Copper brazed steel tubing manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1731 or ASTM specification A 254 or SAE specification J 527, with a maximum outside diameter of 8 mm, a working pressure rating of at least 27.5 MPa and a minimum burst pressure of 70 MPa.

AF C06 003 Fully annealed high quality seamless, or welded and drawn, stainless steel hydraulic tubing suitable for bending and flaring manufactured in accordance with ASTM specification A 269 or ASTM specification A 213, or equivalent, with a maximum outside diameter of 8 mm, a working pressure rating of at least 27.5 MPa and a minimum burst pressure of 70 MPa.

AF C07 005 Steel “Turner Turnlock” brand tube fittings manufactured by Turner Products of Australia.

AF C07 006 Steel or stainless steel “Cajon” brand tube fittings manufactured by the Cajon Co. of the United States.

AF C07 007 Steel compression fitting pipe connectors manufactured by Repco Manufacturing of Upper Hutt and marked “R1”.

Description

MOT Reference AF C09 001 Pressure gauges manufactured and marked according to New Zealand Standard NZS 1084 or British Standard BS 1780 Pt 1 or equivalent, calibrated to read at least 25 MPa or equivalent at full scale deflection.

AF C09 002 Type 79 electrically operated CNG pressure gauges and transducers manufactured by Officine Renzo Landi of Italy.

AF C09 003 Electrically operated CNG pressure gauges and transducers manufactured by Tartarini Spa of Italy.

AF C09 004 Pressure gauges manufactured to American Standards Association Standard ASA B.40.1 and calibrated to read at least 3000 psi at full scale deflection.

AF C09 005 Gauges manufactured to German Standard Institute Standard DIN 16288 and calibrated to read at least 400 kg/cm² at full scale deflection.

AF C09 006 “IG 148” series pressure gauges manufactured by New Zealand Industrial Gases Ltd., of Napier and marked “CNG NZIG kPa × 100” with the scale marking “0-200”. (These gauges may be used with or without an NZIG manufactured strain gauge type remote pressure indicator attached to the gauge).

AF C09 007 “3200 MF” type pressure gauges manufactured by Teltherm Instruments Ltd., of Lower Hutt, calibrated to read 25,000 kPa at full scale deflection.
