Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land

PURSUANT to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart for the purpose of a marae, urupa, papakainga, and recreation ground, for the common use and benefit of the Tc Whanau A Haunui, constituted by a notice dated 22 August 1980, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 103, of 28 August 1980, p. 2569, is hereby cancelled.
