Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added to the Adjoining Waharoa-Apata (Kaimai Deviation) Railway in Block V, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held for the Waharoa-Apata (Kaimai Deviation) railway by Gazette notice H. 361402, South Auckland Land Registry (New Zealand Gazette 1981, No. 89, page 2035).

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 3rd day of December 1981.
