Declaring Road to be Government Road and Stopped and Part to be Crown Land in Buller County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road,

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road firstly described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 3rd day of December 1981.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Kawatiri Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 3rd day of December 1981.
