EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title A3/124 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), containing 1937 square metres, more or less, situate in Block X, Takapau Survey District, being Lot 39 and part Lot 13 on Deposited Plan 87, in the name of Findlays Bakery Ltd. now known as Mako Fabrics Ltd. having been lodged with me together with an application to register a change of name of the registered proprietor without production of the said certificate of title in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and an Application No. 399501.1, to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such change of name and issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
