PURSUANT to section 19 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Amendment Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

Fenton Fitzherbert Latham

District Court Judge of Hamilton, to be a member and chairman of the Waikato No. 3, Land Valuation Tribunal on and from 17 November 1981; vice Anthony John Ryan, District Court Judge.

Revocation of the Appointment of Deputy Harbourmaster

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller, Marine Administration, pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby revoke the appointment* of:

as deputy harbourmaster for the port of Waverley.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes to be Set Apart for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 July 1980, No. 82, at page 2123, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right to drain, discharge, and convey sewage and stormwater created by transfer 267706.6, for post office purposes (residence), from and after the 26th day of November 1981.
