CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Honorary Community Officers under the Maori Community Development Act 1962
In the notice published in the Gazette, 1 October 1981, No. 116, p. 2732, for the words “Hine Atariata Te Oraiti Peipi (Mrs) area of Gisborne”, in line 9 of the Schedule, please read “Hine Hariata Te Oraiti Peipi (Mrs) area of Gisborne”, which last-mentioned words should have appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

Setting Apart Land Held for the Purposes of Widening Luxford Street and Adelaide Road for Sanitary Conveniences and for Commercial Purposes and for Road in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedules hereto was taken for the purposes of widening Luxford Street and Adelaide Road and vested in the Wellington City Council by a Proclamation dated the 16th day of July 1924, and published in Gazette No. 49, of the 24th day of July 1924, at page 1708. Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for sanitary conveniences and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for commercial purposes and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road as from the 26th day of November 1981.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land for Sanitary Conveniences
ALL that piece of land containing 16 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 1 on D.P. 51622. All certificate of title, Volume 20D, folio 1052, Wellington Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land for Commercial Purposes
ALL that piece of land containing 797 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 2, on D.P. 51622. All certificate of title, Volume 20D, folio 1053, Wellington Land Registry.
THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land for Road
ALL that piece of land containing 102 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 3, on D.P. 51622. All certificate of title, Volume 20D, folio 1054, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of November 1981.
