The Honourable James Brendan Bolger, of the office of Minister of Immigration;

The Honourable Venn Spearman Young, of the office of Minister for the Environment;

The Honourable William Francis Birch, of the office of Minister of Science and Technology; and

The Honourable Warren Ernest Cooper, of the offices of Minister of Tourism and Minister of Regional Development.
