NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER UNDER SECTION 346
N.Z. Safety Holdings Ltd. formerly called N.Z. Safety Ltd.,
being the holder of a debenture bearing date the 8th day
of October 1980, a copy of which is registered at the office
of the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 4th day
of November 1980, hereby gives notice that Alexander Ross
Brown and Rhys Michael Barlow, both of Wellington,
chartered accountants whose offices are situated at the offices
of Hogg, Young, Cathie and Co., The IBM Centre, 155–161
The Terrace, Wellington, have been appointed receivers and
managers of the property of The Hunting and Fishing Centre
Ltd., charged by the said debenture pursuant to the provisions
of the said debenture with power to act in that capacity
jointly or separately. The property charged is the undertaking
of the company and all its property both present and future
(including uncalled capital, unpaid capital and goodwill) and
includes the company’s retail sports shop business situated
at 36 Mercer Street, Wellington.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DISSOLUTION
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of SERVICE BUILDERS LTD.:
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 335A (3) of the
Companies Act 1955, that Service Builders Ltd. proposes to
apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of
dissolution and that unless written objection is made to the
said Registrar within 30 days of the publication of this notice
the Registrar may make a declaration to dissolve the company.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 4th day of November 1981, presented to the said Court
by GENERAL FOODS CORPORATION (NZ) LIMITED; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the Wednesday, the 2nd day of
December 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or to oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or
by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring a copy on
payment of the regulated charge for the same.

PRODUCTS OF PRECISION LIMITED AND COMPANY:
We, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto,
and RELPAR PRODUCTS OF PRECISION LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Auckland, do
hereby certify that by registration of this certificate we
do hereby form and constitute a special partnership under the
provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and do
hereby further certify pursuant to the provisions of section 51
of the said Act as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is to
be conducted is Relpar Products of Precision Limited
and Company;
(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners
are as follows:
General Partner: Relpar Products of Precision Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at the offices of Messrs Mabee Halstead and
Kiddle, Chartered Accountants, P.O. Box 221, First
Floor, Norfolk House, High Street, Auckland.
(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the
common stock of the partnership the sums listed
against their respective names in the schedule hereto.
The general partner has not contributed to the
common stock of the partnership;
(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by
the partnership is that of an export merchant; and
(i) To promote, form, establish, and manage a
special partnership to be formed under Part II Partnership Act 1908 under the name or style of Relpar
Products of Precision Limited and Company to
carry on business as an export merchant or house
in all branches of such business;
(ii) To commence, acquire by purchase, or otherwise, and to carry on all or any of the businesses
of exporters, importers, manufacturers, vendors, purchasers, lessors, retailers, warehousemen, agents for all
or any goods, produce, articles, materials, or products of all or any description.
And such other business as may from time to time be seen
to be to the partners as convenient or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the partnership.
(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the offices of the general partner:
at the offices of Messrs Mabee, Halstead and Kiddle,
Chartered Accountants, First Floor, Norfolk House,
High Street, Auckland.
(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of registration of this certificate and is to terminate 4 years
thereafter.
