Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—CLIFTON COUNTY

2.8453 hectares, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 8215, and Lot 9, D.P. 8357, situated in Block IV, Mimi Survey District, and Sections 35 and 39, Block IV, Mimi Survey District. All New Zealand Gazettes, 1976, pages 1220 and 1221, and 1958, page 1750. S.O. Plans 10129 and 10838.

Subject to a pipeline easement certificate, under section 70 of the Petroleum Act 1937, in favour of the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand, created by document No. 162251, and also subject to a proclamation defining the middle line of portion of the Oaonui-Mokau River section of the Oaonui-Auckland pipeline, contained in document No. 225357. Classification and Naming of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for the purposes specified at the end the respective descriptions of the said lands, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the said reserves shall be known as the Huatoki Domain Recreation Reserve and Huatoki Domain Scenic Reserve, respectively.
