PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Freehold Land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a marae, meeting place, burial ground and recreation reserve for the common use and benefit of the people of Tauhao a sub-tribe of Ngaiterangi tribe and other Maori people of the district.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hastings 1981, No. 3.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Dunedin Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Dunedin Licensing Committee on 20 October 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Royal Albert Tavern, Dunedin.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 on the morning of New Year’s Day.
