Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block I, Lillburn Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 19th day of November 1981.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 145 square metres, being part Section 3, Block I, Lillburn Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 10009, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill and thereon marked 'A'.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Waiau Survey District, and Block I, Lillburn Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, from and after the 19th day of November 1981.

Road Closed in Block I, Lillburn Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of road containing 1501 square metres adjoining or passing through part Section 3 and Section 32 and Lot 1, D.P. 9334, Block I, Lillburn Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 10009, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill and thereon marked 'G'.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed, the road described in the Schedule hereto declares that the road firstly, thirdly, and fourthly, described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in John Coll McDonald of Kilmog, farmer and also declares that the road secondly and fifthly, described in the said Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
