Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for a Kindergarten in the Borough of Riverton

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of July 1981, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 1981, No. 89, at page 2033, setting apart Crown land for a kindergarten in the Borough of Riverton by deleting “Part Proclamation 192241” and substituting “Part Gazette notice 223510”.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Mining Easements, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the mining easements created by Deeds No. 173870 and No. 178252 (R. 120/516) South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 from and after the 19th day of November 1981.
