PURSUANT to section 73 of the Commerce Act 1975, the Examiner of Commercial Practices hereby gives notice of the following merger and takeover proposal to which he has given prior clearance.

Persons by or on behalf of whom notice was given in terms of section 73 (1) of the Commerce Act 1975

Fletcher Wood Panels Ltd., and Aorangi Forest Industries Ltd.

Proposal

Aorangi Forest Industries Ltd., may acquire from Fletcher Wood Panels Ltd., certain assets of its plymill at Greymouth
