  1. The Board of Governors of McKillop College shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Auckland;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

Disposal of Auckland Harbour Board Land

I, COLIN CAMPBELL ALEXANDER MCLACHLAN, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) of the said Act, the disposal by way of sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Auckland Harbour Board, pursuant to section 143C of the said Act; and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land in the North Auckland Land Registration District containing 3090 square metres, more or less, being part of Allotment 41 of Section 2, in the Parish of Takapuna, and being part of the Bed of Waitemata Harbour, the whole area being more particularly shown on Deposited Plan 92814, which is held in the offices of the Ministry of Transport at Aurora House, Wellington.

Appointment of Member of the Urban Transport Council

PURSUANT to section 14 (2) of the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

WRITTEN notice has been given to the said Minister that the person specified in the Schedule hereto has been appointed as a member of the Urban Transport Council, established pursuant to the Urban Transport Act 1980 by the bodies specified in the Schedule hereto pursuant to section 14 (1) of the said Act.

SIR MICHAEL FOWLER appointed by the Municipal Association of New Zealand Incorporated and the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated jointly.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 20) 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 20) 1981.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1982.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
