CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Members to the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 November 1981, No. 131, p. 3048, the following should have read:

PURSUANT to sections 4 and 5 of the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services Act 1977, the Minister of Local Government hereby appoints the following persons to be members of the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services with terms of office to expire on 30 September 1984:

Dennis Robert Mace, of Christchurch, and
Janet Eileen McGregor, of Invercargill

on the joint nomination of the industrial unions of workers specified in Part I of the First Schedule to the Act:

Andrew Hart Paterson, of Wellington,

on the nomination of the nine other employer members on the Joint Council:

Archibald John Gillies, of Dunedin, and
Neil Thomas Farrell, of Invercargill,

on the joint nomination of the officer groups specified in Part II of the First Schedule to the Act:

Alan David Talbot, of Timaru, and
Christopher John Robert McCorquindale, of Auckland,

on the joint nomination of the Municipal Association of New Zealand Incorporated, the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated, the Auckland Regional Authority, and any Regional Councils.

CORRIGENDUM
National Roads Board: Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 1981, No. 116, p. 2751, referring to State Highway No. 45, Ketemarae Road to Hawera:

for ‘sheet 1 of plan LA 42/94/1 and accompanying schedule’ reads “sheet 2 of plan M.O.W. 16411 and accompanying schedule”.
for ‘its resolution, dated 25 September 1979’ reads “its resolution dated 22 July 1970*”.
for ‘New Zealand Gazette, No. 92 of 4 October 1979, p. 2924’ reads “New Zealand Gazette, No. 44 of 30 July 1970, p. 1333”.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice headed “Notice Prohibiting the Taking of Mussels from Ohiwa Harbour (Notice No. 2703, Ag. 9/6/1/2)”, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 1981, No. 127, p. 2985, is hereby amended by deleting the words “four months” and substituting the words “five months”.
