IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
OF PARKVIEW HOTEL LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 20th
day of October, 1981, presented to the said Court by the
COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua
on the 24th day of November 1981, at 9.30 o’clock in the
forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or to oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the office
of the High Court at Rotorua, and must be signed by the
person or his firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and must
be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service
not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 23rd day of
November 1981.

the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
21st day of October, 1981, presented to the said Court by the

Rotorua on the 24th day of November 1981 at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or to oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hear-
ing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a

TO APPLY FOR RELEASE FROM ADMINISTRATION
IN the matter of HAMMOND BROS. DRILLING CO. LTD.,
MIRROR NEWSPAPERS LTD. (both in liquidation):

I, Anthony Dibley, Official Assignee at Hamilton, Official
Liquidator of the above-mentioned companies, give notice:

(a) Of the filing in the High Court at Rotorua of the state-
ment of accounts in respect of the liquidation of each
of the above companies and the reports of the audit
office on those statements;

(b) Of my intention to apply to the said Court for release
from my administration of the property of the said
companies on the 24th day of November 1981, at
9.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

(c) Of my intention to apply to the said Court for orders
dissolving each of the said companies.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR RELEASE

TAKE notice, that I, the undersigned liquidator of the above-
named company intend to apply to the High Court at Rotorua on
the 24th day of November 1981, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon
for an order releasing me from my administration of the property
of the company and for a further order dissolving the said company
from that date.

NOTE: Section 246(5) of the Companies Act 1955 enacts that
“An Order of the Court releasing the Liquidator shall discharge
him from all liability in respect of any act done or default made by
him in the administration of the affairs of the company, or other-
wise in relation to his conduct as Liquidator, but any such Order
may be revoked on proof that it was obtained by fraud or by
suppression or concealment of any material fact”.
