  1. The Traffic (Hamilton City and Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated the 25th day of October 1979†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, which relates to roads in Hamilton City and Waikato County, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Hamilton City:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the north-western boundary of Hamilton City to Vardon Road, and from Mangaonua Stream to Riverlea Road, and from a point 60 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said highway from Anglesea Street to a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said highway from Johnsview Terrace.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 60 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said highway from Lorne Street, and from the southern boundary of Hamilton City to Resthill Crescent.

No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from the eastern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 140 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from Berkley Avenue.

Anne Michele Street.

Avalon Drive: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to Rotokauri Road.

Brymer Road: from Thomas Road to Newcastle Road.

Church Road.

Crosby Road: from a point 80 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Sussex Street to the eastern boundary of Hamilton City.

Dixon Road.

Greenwood Street: from a point 160 metres measured southerly, generally, along Greenwood Street from Killarney Road to Kahikatea Drive.

Hillsborough Terrace: from the southern side of Tisdall Street to No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth).

Houchari Road: from the southern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from its southern intersection with Acacia Crescent.

Hukanui Road: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 80 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Gerrant Place.

Kahikatea Drive: from Crescent Court to Greenwood Street.

Lee Road.

Peacocks Road: from the south-eastern boundary of Hamilton City to Norrie Street.

Powells Road: from the eastern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 150 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Raymond Street.

Pukete Road: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 45 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Totara Drive North.

River Road: from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to Kirikirioa Stream.

Rotokauri Road: from the western boundary of Hamilton City to Thomas Road.

Rototuna School Road.

Ruakura Road: from Silverdale Road to a point 140 metres measured easterly, generally, along Ruakura Road from Peachgrove Road.

Ruffel Road.

Sylvester Road.

Thomas Road: from the western boundary of Hamilton City to a point 220 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Rotokauri Road.

Tramway Road: from the north-eastern boundary of Hamilton City to Carr Road.

Tuhikarama Road: from the south-western boundary of Hamilton City to Pygmalion Place.

SITUATED within Hamilton City and Waikato County, adjacent to Hamilton City:

Silverdale Road: from Ruakura Road to Carrington Avenue and from the No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) to a point 180 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Silverdale Road from the said State highway.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Hamilton City:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 250 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Pukete Road to Vardon Road, and from

a point 60 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State highway from Anglesea Street to a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Johnsview Terrace.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 60 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Lorne Street.

Greenwood Street: from Duke Street to Kahikatea Drive.

Hillsborough Terrace: from the southern side of Tisdall Street to the No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth).

Kahikatea Drive: from Greenwood Street to a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said drive from Grasslands Place.

Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—WAIHEMO COUNTY—
PART SHAG POINT RECREATION RESERVE

3.5483 hectares, more or less, being Section 100 (formerly part Section 58), Block III, Moeraki Survey District. S.O. Plan 19836.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a coal reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

PART SHAG POINT RECREATION RESERVE

49.4 hectares, more or less, being Section 98 (formerly part Section 57), Block III, Moeraki Survey District. Part Deeds Index Q. 200. S.O. Plan 19836. Subject to Coal Mining Lease No. 35072, contained in Reg. Vol. 3D/68, and subject to B.L.R. contained in Document No. 307694.
