PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of September 1980 and published in Gazette, 9 October 1980, No. 118 at page 2995, as amended by the notice dated the 15th day of April 1981, and published in Gazette, 23 April 1981, No. 46, at page 1121 proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block I, Belmont Survey District, City of Porirua by omitting the Third Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
