NOTICE is hereby given that the Northern Co-Operative Terminating Building Society, whose registered office is Northern Building, corner Mayoral Drive and Greys Avenue, Auckland, desires to accept a transfer of engagements from the General Co-Operative Terminating Building Society, and that the society first named in this paragraph has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard on 13th March 1981.
