PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 (and section 25 (j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924), the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement granted by transfer No. 16/502/1, Canterbury Land Registry, and together with the right of way specified in easement certificate No. 932857, Canterbury Land Registry, for the Christchurch Northern Motorway, from and after the 12th day of February 1981.
