Reconstituting the Lake Sumner State Forest Park Advisory Committee

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Lake Sumner Forest Park Advisory Committee.

The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Christchurch, and nine appointed members, namely:

Douglas Wilson Harris,
David Anthony Henson,

Representative of the Employees of the Lyttelton Harbour Board Appointed to the Lyttelton Harbour Board Appeal Board

PURSUANT to section 45 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

to be a member of the appeal board set up in connection with appeals by Messrs Ronald Charles Barlow and Ian Hogg against the appointment of James Ussher McDowell to the position of second relieving control officer in the container terminal at Lyttelton, such appeal being against the decision of the Lyttelton Harbour Board in making the appointment.
