Classification of Parts of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereto revokes the appointment of the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association (Incorporated) to control and manage the said reserve, and further, appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association (Incorporated) to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for a pre-school building).
