IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of I. G. AND V. F. ROBINSON LTD.:
MARY GLENYS PARKINSON of Tauranga, married woman hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of October 1981 she appointed Robert Murray Martin of Rotorua, chartered accountant as receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by a certain debenture bearing dated the 20th day of October 1980 given by I. G. and V. F. Robinson Ltd. in favour of Mary Glenys Parkinson.
The situation of the office of the receiver and manager is at the offices of Messrs Esam Cushing and Partners, Chartered Accountants, Legal Chambers, 59 Haupapa Street, Rotorua.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all the lease, stock, plant, chattels, vehicles and other assets owned by the company in respect of the business conducted by the company under the name “General Seafoods”, Hinemoa Street, Rotorua and all the company’s other property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever situated.
