PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Arrowtown Recreation Reserve and vests the reserve in the Arrowtown Borough Council in trust for that purpose.

Standards for Honey to be Exported to Cyprus
(Notice No. 2689, Ag. 12/2/5)

PURSUANT to regulation 5 (1) of the Honey Export Certification Regulations 1980, the Director-General hereby sets the following standards for honey which is to be exported to Cyprus:

1. The apiaries from which the honey is derived shall be free from the diseases: Bacillus larvae; Streptococcus pluton; Acarapis woodi; and Varroa jacobsoni.

2. There shall be no incidence of the above-named diseases found within a radius of 5 kilometres of these apiaries during the honey production season in question.
