Appointment of the Papakura City Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Papakura City Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Hundalee Survey District, Kaikoura County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Kaikoura County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
