Declaring Railway Land at Silverstream to be Disposed of for
Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and Vested
in the Wellington Regional Council

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945,
the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby disposed of for soil
conservation and river control purposes and vested in the
Wellington Regional Council, from and after the 19th day of
October 1981.

The Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice No. 2, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Takapuna City)
Notice No. 2, 1981.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52
of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limits areas pur-
suant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1981, dated the
17th day of August 1981†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the
Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic
Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Takapuna City:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from Hillside Road
to the northern end of Bush Road and from a point 120 metres
measured north-westerly, generally, along the said State High-
way from The Avenue to the boundary with Rodney County.
