Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block II, Waihi South Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 15th day of October 1981.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, from and after the 15th day of October 1981.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Land Taken and Vested in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land firstly and secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. DPF 632 recorded in Register Book, Volume 14A, folio 633, held by Stephen Ross Craigie of Carew, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 300043/6, 300043/7 and 300043/8, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Pahiatua County Council and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that when so closed, it shall vest in Larry Molyneaux Patterson and Jack Sherwood Patterson, both of Woodville, farmers, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and that, when so closed, it shall be incorporated into Crown Lease No. 6A/94, recorded in certificate of title, No. C1/152, Wellington Land Registry, held by Donald Peter Brotherstone of Woodville, farmer, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and that, when so closed, it shall be incorporated into Crown Lease No. 5A/128, recorded in certificate of title No. C1/88, Wellington Land Registry, held by Larry Molyneaux Patterson and Jack Sherwood Patterson, both of Woodville, farmers, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and that when so closed it shall be incorporated into Crown Lease No. 5A/128, recorded in certificate of title No. C1/88, Wellington Land Registry, held by Larry Molyneaux Patterson and Jack Sherwood Patterson, both of Woodville, farmers.
