of New Zealand for distribution to shareholders of the
applicant but may be applied by the applicant in paying
up unissued shares in the capital of the applicant as fully
paid bonus shares.

  1. That subparagraph (c) of the said resolution concern-
    ing distributions from the share premium account passed by
    the applicant company on the 14th day of August 1981 and
    more particularly set out in paragraph 2 of this order shall
    not be varied by the applicant without the prior approval
    of this Court.

  2. Notice of making of such order be published once in
    the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. It shall not be necessary for any minute relating to the
    distribution of the share premium account as hereby author-
    ised, to be produced to the Registrar of Companies pursuant
    to section 78 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, or to be
    registered pursuant to section 78 (2) of the Companies Act

  4. A sealed copy of this order shall be registered with the
    District Registrar of Companies, Auckland.

petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at

10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
