Pursuant to section 335A the members of Sorrenson Brothers Ltd. have resolved that as the company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities (other than those owed to its members) that I should apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the company. Any objection must be made in writing to the Registrar within 30 days of this notice.

CREDITORS VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
In the matter of MACEYS FABRIC (1976) LTD., and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955:
Notice of special resolution for the voluntary winding up and of meeting of creditors of Maceys Fabrics (1976) Ltd.
(a) It was resolved by the shareholders of the above-mentioned company by entry in its minute book dated 23 September 1981:
(1) That the company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue in business and that it is advisable for the company to be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That John Stuart Spry, chartered accountant of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed liquidator.
(b) Take notice that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will in pursuance of section 362 of the above Act be held in the offices of Ogier, Spry and Co., First Floor, Office Park, Broderick Road, Johnsonville, Wellington, on 6 October 1981 at 2 p.m. for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285 and 286 of the above Act.
NOTEβ€”A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and that proxy need not also be a creditor of the company.
