The Traffic (Manukau City-Mangere/Otara Wards)
Notice No. 2, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City-Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice No. 2, 1981.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Manukau City-Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice No. 1, 1981, dated the 30th day of June 1981†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within the Mangere and Otara Wards of Manukau City:
No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt Road via Papatoetoe): from Valiant Street to George Bolt Memorial Drive.

The Cream Price Notice 1981, Amendment No. 1 (No. 2682; Ag. 4/51/12/9)
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Cream Price Notice 1981, Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1981.
- Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Commercial user” means any person who buys cream for sale for consumption on premises occupied by him (whether in the form in which it is received by him or otherwise and whether separately or in combination with any other substance):
“Consumer” means any person who buys cream for any purpose other than resale:
“Cream” has the same meaning as in the Food and Drug Regulations 1973*:
“Vendor” means any person who resells cream other than a commercial user or the occupier of a shop dairy.
- Application—This notice applies to all cream sold anywhere in New Zealand to vendors, commercial users, or consumers, or to occupiers of shop dairies.
