Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks II and VI, Hapuakohe Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waikato County Council; and also hereby proclaims that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Barry Hardwick Aldridge of Waiterimu, farmer and Freda Rose Aldridge, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 630462, S. 630463 and Charge H. 093708, and that the road secondly, thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Yates Carington Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 172476.2, H. 208650.1, H. 208650.2, H. 208650.3 and H. 208650.4, South Auckland Land Registry.
