Classes of Goods
Rubberised textile fabrics (excluding rubberised knitted or crocheted goods, narrow woven fabrics, fabrics of sheep’s or lambs’ wool or fine animal hair), viz: sufficiently impregnated or coated as to be impermeable to water; lightly rubberised, in which the rubberising is insufficient to make the fabric impermeable to water.
Shaped tie blanks, knitted or crocheted, and knitted or lockstitched fabrics, when declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making neckties
Lace made on a Raschel or similar type loom, in the piece, in strips or in motifs and whether or not fixed to a backing
Meat wraps, cotton, of knitted or crocheted fabrics

Woven pile fabrics and chenille fabrics (other than fabrics of sheep’s or lambs’ wool or fine animal hair)
Narrow woven fabrics as defined in Note 3 to Chapter 58 of the Customs Tariff and narrow fabrics (bolduc) consisting of warp without weft assembled by means of an adhesive, when declared
(a) by a manufacturer for use by him only in the manufacture or repair of saddlery;
(b) by an importer that they will be sold only to manufacturers for use in the manufacture or repair of saddlery
