In the matter of THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1974
ROADS TO BE STOPPED IN THE PUKEMIRO AREA
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, to execute a certain public work namely the stopping of certain public roads as described in the Schedule hereto and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the roads so required to be stopped are deposited at the offices of the Raglan County Council, at Ngatarawhia and are there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or to the stopping of the said roads set forth in writing and send the written objection to the office of the council before 28th day of October 1981 and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 17 September at Dunedin was 274.78 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 16.50 per cent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 17th day of September 1981, until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974 and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority Works Committee resolved at its meeting on 30 July 1981, that the Authority’s declaration of road improvement land made on 16 March 1981 and published in Gazette No. 34, dated 26 March 1981, be revoked as to the lands in Mount Wellington Borough described in the First Schedule to the said declaration but not otherwise.

CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SCHEME
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of August 1981, the Attorney-General approved a scheme for the disposition of the sum of $13,039.28 plus interest accrued thereon being the balance of a fund collected in 1977 by member clubs of the New Zealand Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs incorporated for the purchase of a breast scanner unit at the Waikato Hospital whereby the said funds should be applied in or towards the purchase of ultrasound modules for use in the X-ray and Ultrasound Departments of the Waikato Hospital.
